(B) Waterproofing Consulting
The founder of AD Consult has a distinguished high expertise and remarkable achievements in the waterproofing field for more than 15 years as the former General Manager of a reputable industrial firm working in this field.
The scope of consultation includes but not limited to:
- Providing main consulting offices with the right specification for this special and critical item as per project requirements
- Prequalification for waterproofing applicators (Subcontractors) for a specific project
- Stating required documents and review certificates, samples and warranty to be submitted by the eligible applicator to ensure adherence to project specs and requirements
- Providing a team of specialized personnel to supervise the waterproofing works during application and testing
(C) Independent Quality Audits
AD Consult provides independent Quality Audit for ongoing construction projects to ensure conformity to preset quality plan and procedures, then reporting to project sponsor/ owner to help taking necessary crucial decisions
We believe that AD Consult when acting as an independent third party, would raise a fair report to project owner/ sponsor to help unveil points of deficiencies and providing a corrective action plan to be followed to improve project performance and place it on the right track for immediate recovery
